Description
NeuroRestorative is hiring a Team Lead to provide leadership and supervision to staff in a residence and community setting while delivering direct services to individuals served. The role includes training, progress reviews, staffing and recruitment support, shift coordination, and skills training, job coaching, and behavior management. It requires managerial or supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of direct human-services experience, a current driver’s license held for at least one year, car registration, and auto insurance; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with starting pay of $17.25 per hour plus experience-based increases.
