Tecovas is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail footwear store. The role covers sales-floor service, product knowledge, boot customization, receiving shipments, stockroom organization, restocking, loss prevention, staff education, and facility maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least 18 years of age, strong customer service and organizational skills, and availability for 15–20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour plus incentives, with free boots and an employee discount.
