Description
Tecovas is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations, recruit and develop retail talent, manage performance and succession planning, deliver exceptional customer and product-service experiences, maintain visual standards and inventory flow, and uphold loss-prevention procedures. The role requires at least two years of retail management experience, availability for 15–20 hours per week, and the ability to perform physical store tasks. Compensation is $22 per hour plus incentives, with free boots and an employee discount.
