Description
The Team Lead will manage operational cleaning assignments for industrial and technology clients, including resource and assignment planning, team scheduling, feasibility checks, customer-site quality control, material supply, employee training, and timekeeping. The role requires facility-cleaning or technical/craft experience, a class B driver’s license, night-shift and weekend availability, German C1 and advanced English skills, GMP/ISO knowledge, documentation experience, occupational-safety knowledge, and familiarity with Outlook, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
