Cohere Health is hiring a fully remote Team Lead, Auditing to lead and mentor auditors reviewing inpatient, outpatient, and professional claims. The role focuses on coding accuracy, DRG and ARP-DRG audits, overpayment identification, audit findings, quality and productivity standards, appeals, and compliance with coding guidelines, CMS NCDs/LCDs, ICD-10-CM/PCS, and HIPAA. Candidates need at least 8 years of MS-DRG and ARP-DRG review experience, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and strong coding and analytical skills; CCS is preferred, while RHIA/RHIT and related credentials are also preferred. The position offers a $100,000–$110,000 annual salary plus health, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
