Description
Quantum-Systems is hiring a Team Lead Autonomy Hardware to own the compute platform and full sensorset architecture for autonomous ground systems, including cameras, radar, lidar, IMU, and connectivity. The role leads a hands-on hardware team through design, verification, integration, VnV, industrialisation, and supply-chain collaboration across truck OEMs, UGV partners, and internal air and sea domains. Candidates need an engineering degree, 10+ years of hardware development experience, 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead role, sensor and embedded-compute expertise, and fluency in German and English.
