CHECK24 is hiring a Team Lead for the Back Office consumer loans operation in Germany. The role leads and develops a team, manages daily operational business, monitors quality and service-level targets, analyzes and improves credit-processing workflows, and works with management, product management, and other team leads to automate and optimize consumer-loan assessment processes. It requires commercial training and several years of finance or credit experience, plus initial leadership experience and strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills.
