TeamViewer is hiring a Team Lead to integrate capabilities from its Observability platform into its Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform and deliver new features. The role owns the roadmap and technical direction, makes architectural decisions, aligns stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, enforces secure software development practices, and coaches the team. It requires a relevant degree, at least 12 years of software development experience including 2 years leading an Agile team, cloud and distributed-systems experience, and fluency in English.
