Description
As a Team Lead (m/w/d), you will take strategic responsibility while remaining close to the technology, focusing on transforming cloud infrastructures towards secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions, especially for public sector customers. You will lead experienced teams of Cloud & DevOps Engineers, coordinating projects and managing resources, actively developing your team members both professionally and personally. Approximately 60% of your time will involve direct involvement in customer projects, focusing on architecture and conception for private-cloud environments and selected public-cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or STACKIT. You will also own product development and technical visions for our clients, supporting bids and offers, providing technical assistance during presales discussions, and contributing strategically to ARES growth.
