Description
ProKidney is hiring an onsite Team Lead, Cell Processing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to lead advanced manufacturing operations for cell processing, aseptic processing, and cGMP-compliant production. The role oversees manufacturing team operations, troubleshooting, deviations, CAPA and CCR investigations, batch record reviews, SOP and GMP documentation, cleanroom maintenance, audits, data tracking, and staff mentoring. The standard schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible overtime and schedule flexibility. Applicants need an AS/BS in a relevant science field, preferred 4–6 years of relevant experience including 3–4 years in a cGMP environment, and strong knowledge of cell culture, cGMP facilities, Microsoft applications, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
