BRP is hiring a Team Lead – Customs Classification and Compliance to supervise 3–4 specialists, manage the team’s budget, and lead tariff classification, customs compliance, regulatory analysis, quality assurance, and operational improvements for cross-border import and export operations involving Canada and the United States. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 7–8 years of customs classification and cross-border trade compliance experience, strong HS and customs-regulation knowledge, proficiency with MIS, databases, Excel, Office, and SAP, and fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is an asset. The position offers a permanent full-time day-shift schedule, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary range of $99,800 to $162,300 per year.
