Description
Renmoney is hiring a Team Lead, Collections to manage and improve the performance of its collections team. The role leads collections officers and agents, monitors delinquency and recovery metrics, develops recovery strategies, ensures compliance with CBN regulations, collaborates with credit risk, product, and customer experience teams, handles complex delinquent cases, and recommends automation and process improvements. Candidates need at least six years of digital lending experience, including collections through technology-enabled channels, plus at least four years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
