Description
The Team Lead Collections / Project Lead Software Implementation will lead the rollout of a new collections software, manage stakeholders, and ensure a successful go-live. After the project, the role will lead collections teams and develop structures, people, processes, and team culture. Responsibilities also include process design and automation, stakeholder coordination across IT, Operations, Compliance, and external partners, and regulatory compliance and quality. The position requires several years of leadership experience in receivables management, experience with complex digitalization or software projects, strong communication and change-leadership skills, and the ability to bridge IT and business/functional departments.
