CIMA+ is hiring a Team Lead, Contract Administration to lead contract administration teams and support municipal infrastructure projects, including road reconstruction, water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems. The role oversees inspections, construction progress measurement, payment certificates, documentation, change requests, claims, disputes, RFIs, progress meetings, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance, and junior staff mentorship. It is based in Burlington, Kitchener, Mississauga, or Bowmanville and offers a hybrid work mode.
