WEKA is hiring a Team Lead in the Control Group to lead and develop software engineering teams while owning knowledge domains in the product’s control plane. The role combines direct and matrix management, team building, career development, risk management, product-feature architecture, quality, code reviews, and collaboration with product management. Candidates need at least three years of software development team management experience, five or more years of C/C++ development experience, Linux and low-level user-mode operating-system experience, and container experience; storage, distributed systems, cloud, and control-plane experience are preferred.
