IRONSCALES is hiring a Team Lead to lead its core inspection and detection engineering team in a cybersecurity startup. The role owns the team’s software, architecture, performance, quality, production systems, technical debt, and code; leads and develops experienced engineers; collaborates across teams; and supports hiring, mentoring, and business impact. Required qualifications include at least six years of backend development, three years of technical leadership and people management, experience with high-scale near-real-time systems, AI tools and AI agents, and frequent production changes.
