GALE is hiring a Team Lead, Core Technology to lead a small engineering team and build reliable web applications and platform services. The role focuses on Python/Django backend development, scalable architecture, database and data-layer work, AI/LLM and RAG integrations, data pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, and sprint ownership. Candidates need at least six years of Python experience, strong Django expertise, production AWS experience, and hands-on experience with AI/LLM solutions.
