The client is hiring a Team Lead Cost Estimation Engineer specializing in civil engineering and special foundations in Eching. The role leads and develops the cost estimation team, prepares and controls cost estimates for tunnel construction projects, determines manufacturing and project costs, assesses tender risks and opportunities, supports pricing and award procedures, coordinates subcontractor and supplier inquiries, and collaborates with project and site teams. Candidates need higher technical education, at least five years of tunnel construction experience, cost estimation experience, knowledge of construction regulations and contractual principles, MS Office and cost estimation software skills, and German proficiency.
