Description
Tacto is seeking a Team Lead - Customer Value to define and scale how the company delivers measurable procurement value to customers. The successful candidate will build and lead a Customer Value Task Force to drive high-impact procurement initiatives and strategic transformation projects for key customers using Tacto’s AI-driven platform. This role requires combining procurement and consulting expertise with data and AI to help customers achieve significant savings and performance improvements, fostering long-term relationships. The Team Lead will also be responsible for building a high-performing team, partnering with Product and Tech to enhance the platform, driving measurable cost savings, and leading complex executive-level customer engagements with manufacturing companies.
