Description
ISN is hiring a Team Lead – Data Warehouse & Decision Support to guide technical direction and oversee the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of its data warehouse, ETL environment, and data estate. The role is approximately 25% people leadership and 75% hands-on technical work, requiring 8+ years of data engineering or data warehousing experience, strong ETL/ELT and pipeline operations expertise, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, SQL, Python, PySpark, and lakehouse architectures. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with required in-person attendance of at least two days per week during the first 90 days and at least one day per month thereafter.
