Description
Kraft Systemlogistik is hiring a Team Lead, Dispatch (Transportation Logistics / Freight Forwarding) to lead the dispatch team, coordinate daily task allocation and shift planning, optimize dispatch and route processes, monitor operational KPIs, support onboarding and team development, plan and dispatch customer tours, coordinate partners and subcontractors, and resolve delays or bottlenecks. The role requires several years of dispatching or transportation logistics experience, commercial logistics qualifications, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and fluent German and English.
