The role includes technical and disciplinary guidance, production monitoring for quality, costs, and timelines, troubleshooting, personnel planning, shopfloor metrics, and compliance with occupational safety and ESD requirements. Candidates should ideally have technical qualifications in mechanics, electrical engineering, or automotive engineering, gate-operator assembly experience, and initial experience leading a small team, along with MS Office skills and knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
