Kijimea is hiring a Team Lead E-Commerce to report to executive management and lead the global development and international rollout of its digital flagship stores and direct-to-consumer sales. The role manages approximately 15 employees, including Country Managers, CRM, developers, designers, and Customer Support, and is responsible for improving conversion rates through A/B testing, revenue, costs, and CRM activities. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, initial leadership experience, a relevant degree, strong analytical and Excel skills, and fluent German and English.
