Description
PEC is hiring an Electrical Team Lead to supervise and mentor electrical design engineers and related staff while contributing to project work. The role leads design and construction-document production, reviews submittals, manages workloads and project risks, supports recruiting and training, and coordinates with other disciplines and clients. It requires considerable electrical design experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, and at least seven years of engineering industry experience; a PE license and ABET-accredited engineering degree are preferred.
