Description
Movu Robotics is hiring a Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering to lead a controls engineering team of approximately 5–10 members. The role applies standardized controls solutions, creates concepts and technical documentation, coordinates system integration and project planning, oversees commissioning and safety validations, and guides engineers through design, training, recruitment, and regulatory compliance. The position requires an electrical specialization master's degree, at least 8 years of electrical infrastructure engineering experience, at least 3 years managing engineers, CAD and Caneco experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. It is based in Belgium with up to 30% travel to offices and projects abroad.
