Description
Robin Radar is hiring a Team Lead Electronics Assembly to manage a technical team of four while remaining hands-on with daily radar-system production. The role combines electronics assembly, soldering, testing, calibration, task assignment, scheduling, timesheet approvals, coaching, and process improvement, with coordination across Production, Engineering, and Planning. Candidates need an MBO4 or equivalent experience in electronics, mechatronics, or a related high-tech field, at least three years of high-tech manufacturing or engineering experience, and proven experience leading a technical sub-team.
