The role leads an engineering team, delivers production-grade automated analytics workflows, defines the technical roadmap, manages stakeholders, and supports people development. Candidates need 5+ years of people leadership or program management experience, AI/ML expertise, experience with regulated scientific data analysis, and 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology. The position is posted for Warsaw and Poznań, Poland, with a base salary of 280,000–520,000 PLN and a target 20% annual bonus.
