Description
The Team Lead for Mechanical Maintenance leads and develops the maintenance team responsible for thermal power plant systems, hydropower plants, sewage sludge, and biomass utilization plants. The role covers maintenance planning, inspection, repair, preventive and condition-based maintenance, malfunction analysis, budget and resource planning, investment and optimization projects, procurement, compliance, technical coordination, documentation, and emergency standby support. Candidates need a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable discipline, several years of experience with large-scale industrial or energy-technology systems, leadership experience, and knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance management, and relevant German regulations.
