Biokaiser is hiring a Team Lead for Pre-Commissioning to lead and coordinate a team, plan daily staffing, manage pre-commissioning processes from packaging to freezer storage, onboard employees, support workflow improvements and a new packaging machine, and maintain quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and FIFO-compliant storage. The role requires a Class B driver’s license, strong German skills, MS Office familiarity, and offers a permanent contract, employer-subsidized pension, vacation, and other benefits. Working hours are five days per week from Monday to Saturday, starting at 05:00 a.m.
