Eisele is hiring a Team Lead for Tooling Construction with Trainer Function in Waiblingen, starting at the earliest possible date. The role combines technical and disciplinary leadership of tooling-construction employees and follow-up-processing staff, coordination of small-series and prototype manufacturing, commissioning and maintenance of assembly fixtures, and responsibility for the practical training of CNC machinists and precision mechanics. Candidates need vocational training in CNC machining or precision mechanics, further master or technician training including AEVO, several years of metalworking experience, leadership experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
