Description
Doonails is hiring a Team Lead FP&A / Controlling to lead the FP&A and Controlling team and provide functional and disciplinary leadership. The role owns integrated financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, management reporting, board and investor materials, business partnering, liquidity, working capital, and BI automation across the group entities in Germany, Cyprus, and the United States. The position requires at least six years of relevant experience, a business or finance-related degree, strong FP&A and ERP knowledge, and fluent German and English. It is fully remote within Germany and reports to the VP Finance & Operations.
