Description
Box is hiring a Warsaw-based Engineering Manager to lead a 5–7 engineer team within its Box Extract organization. The role owns the team’s roadmap, delivery predictability, technical decisions, hiring, coaching, culture, processes, cross-team dependencies, and stakeholder collaboration. It requires at least five years of full-stack software development experience, two or more years of engineering management experience, distributed-systems knowledge, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the assigned office.
