GHD is hiring a Team Lead Hydrology/Business Development Specialist to lead hydrogeological studies, build regional client relationships, win new work, manage multidisciplinary water projects, and mentor a team of three to five direct reports. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in geology or hydrogeology, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and a California Professional Geologist license; a master’s degree and Certified Hydrogeologist certification are preferred. The position is based in one of four California offices and follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office. The salary range is $112,000-$187,000 based on location and experience.
