Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor guides and trains production employees, coordinates quality checks, assigns plant operations, meets production schedules, maintains employee and product safety, monitors usage and paperwork, and troubleshoots issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of manufacturing experience, and a fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing; MS Office and SAP are preferred. It offers a third-shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, a Panama shift pattern, and C/D crew coverage from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
