Description
ECI is hiring a Team Lead, Implementation Services to lead global client technology implementations, including on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft cloud and private cloud solutions, migrations, upgrades, infrastructure builds, troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 10+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure and cloud implementation experience, and advanced expertise with Windows Server, Microsoft cloud platforms, PowerShell, Entra ID, Intune, and core identity services. The position is hybrid and requires independent project ownership, client-facing communication, travel, and availability beyond normal business hours.
