Avaron is hiring an ongoing Technical Team Lead to lead and coordinate a specialist team responsible for system administration, operations, and infrastructure services. The role involves creating structure and priorities, coordinating Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, virtualization, deployment, and automation initiatives, managing dependencies, and supporting secure and maintainable solutions across operations, system design, and IT security. Candidates need experience leading technical teams in IT infrastructure or platform services, strong computer-platform knowledge, Swedish and English communication skills, and Swedish citizenship; security-classified or critical-environment experience and knowledge of server-management and automation tools are preferred.
