The Team Lead in Support Services for Persons with Disabilities will guide, support, and care for people with disabilities in a workshop group, develop individual support measures, oversee production processes and work quality, coordinate with industrial customers, foster an appreciative work atmosphere, and document support goals. The role requires completed skilled-trade training, empathy and communication skills, Office application knowledge, customer professionalism, independent structured work, and a class B or C1 driver’s license.
