Description
Doonails is hiring a Team Lead Logistics to lead and scale its logistics and fulfillment operations. The role manages 3PL partners, monitors SLAs and transit performance, optimizes costs, designs end-to-end workflows, coordinates inventory distribution, integrates NetSuite and Aftership systems, establishes logistics KPIs, and leads the operational logistics team. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant operations or supply chain experience, functional leadership experience, ERP and WMS interface expertise, analytical and stakeholder skills, and strong German and English communication. The position is fully remote in Germany.
