Description
The Filmförderungsanstalt is hiring a Team Lead for FFG reference funding and the jury-based federal film funding program. The role leads a team of eight colleagues, coordinates funding processes and guidelines, supports complex review cases, improves workflows and digital processes, harmonizes administrative practices, prepares jury meetings, and represents the organization externally. It is a full-time position with part-time employment possible, initially for a two-year fixed term with permanent continued employment intended, and includes a trial leadership period. The position is based in Berlin and offers remote work options.
