Description
The employer is seeking several Team Leads for an electrical assembly and mechanical engineering role in the Greater Oldenburg region. The position leads and supervises assembly teams in production and at end customers, coordinates subcontractors, supports assembly and commissioning worldwide, assembles electronic components, monitors work, and installs and maintains systems. Candidates need vocational training in electrical trades, relevant experience, leadership experience, project-management knowledge, willingness to travel less than 50%, and basic English. The role offers 35 hours per week, flexible hours, collective compensation, training, and international aerospace, automotive, and defense projects.
