Dr. Spang Ingenieurgesellschaft is hiring a Team Lead (m/f/d) in Geotechnical Engineering for its Frankfurt am Main branch, starting immediately. The role independently executes geotechnical projects, leads project geologists and engineers, develops subsurface investigation concepts and laboratory programs, prepares geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations, supports construction consulting, prepares bids, and oversees quality assurance. Candidates need a civil engineering or geology degree with a geotechnical focus, at least five years of professional experience, technical leadership or project management experience, German language skills of at least C1, and MS Office proficiency.
