Sparkasse Altenburger Land is hiring a Team Lead for its Infrastructure / Construction / Security department in Altenburg. The role leads and develops the team, manages construction, conversion, and renovation projects, oversees building security and access-control systems, coordinates facility management and external service providers, manages budgets and procurement, and develops safe and efficient building operations. Candidates should have a relevant degree or comparable technical qualification, preferably in civil engineering, supply and building services engineering, or security engineering, along with leadership and professional experience in building operations, facility management, security management, or construction/project management.
