Charisma-Tec GmbH is seeking a Team Lead (m/f/d) for SAP Development & Architecture in Stolberg, North Rhine-Westphalia. The role leads a team of approximately 15 employees, coordinates SAP development tasks, participates in ABAP, ABAP Cloud, and SAP BTP projects, and advances clean-core, cloud transformation, standardization, quality, and sustainable architecture. The position requires a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification, several years of SAP development experience, familiarity with modern architecture and development concepts, strong communication and organizational skills, and very good German language skills.
