Charisma-Tec GmbH is hiring a Team Lead (m/f/d) SAP Finance & Consulting to lead an experienced SAP Finance team while remaining hands-on with customers, projects, and SAP finance solutions. The role covers team leadership, resource planning, service delivery, customer and process consulting, implementation support, service optimization, change management, and business development. It is based in Jülich or Sankt Augustin and requires several years of SAP Finance consulting experience, knowledge of SAP FI, CO, FI-AA, PSCD, or related solutions, strong German skills, and leadership or project-management experience.
