The Team Lead (m/f/d) – Telephone Case Processing – Direct Placement will lead a group of telephone case processors in Hamburg, oversee telephone operations and receivables-management processes, maintain quality standards, handle difficult calls, monitor key figures, prepare reports, and coordinate with cross-functional departments and external service providers.
