Carvana is hiring a Team Lead for its Market Operations group to run a local car-buying hub and oversee market launches, operations, logistics, consumer branding, customer experience, and team development. The role manages Customer Advocates, drives production, monitors reports, resolves complex customer issues, and may assist with vehicle delivery. It requires at least five years of customer-facing experience, three years of management experience, coaching and strategic-planning experience, and willingness to work weekends and in outdoor conditions. The position is full-time, pays $65,000-$75,000, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
