Description
The Warehouse Production Supervisor oversees daily production objectives, work volumes, order planning, transportation scheduling, inventory updates, quality and GMP compliance, and production standards. The role leads and directs associates, trains employees, coordinates with the Supervisor on new initiatives, and may operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Some college or a high school diploma or GED is preferred, while general warehouse experience, WMS knowledge, computer skills, and forklift certification are required; customer service experience is a plus. The position involves a fast-paced environment, varying shifts, and exposure to varying temperatures.
