GrabMart is hiring a Senior Merchant Acquisition and Sales Operations professional in Bangkok to drive end-to-end retail merchant acquisition, negotiate partnerships, develop customized proposals, standardize onboarding, track acquisition metrics, and collaborate with partners to scale GrabMart's supply coverage and merchant experience. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of sales, business development, or merchant acquisition experience, Thai and English communication skills, Microsoft Excel and SQL proficiency, and familiarity with e-commerce, quick commerce, or retail technology.
