CJ Schmidt is hiring a Team Lead: Mix & Dresses for its women’s store in Husum. The role leads and coaches the sales-floor team, maintains merchandise presentation and stock levels, advises customers, manages promotions and sale areas, and steers the department’s day-to-day operations. It requires fashion retail or sales experience, leadership experience or willingness to take on more responsibility, strong communication, organization, and an eye for presentation. The position is full-time, starts immediately or by arrangement, and includes a 30% employee discount, a bonus system, and a workplace in Husum.
