ORDIX is hiring a Team Lead to provide technical leadership and project management for distributed teams and nationwide Modern Data Platform projects in Germany. The role focuses on Oracle database systems, operations, upgrades, migrations, high availability, automation, and monitoring, while also supporting junior academic talent and representing the department with the Sales team. Candidates need a technical university degree or vocational training plus at least five years of professional experience, several years of Oracle database administration experience, and strong German and English skills. The position offers a permanent contract, a balanced remote and office arrangement, training, vacation, and a company car.
